TITAN II: The Hunters – Announced
Hello, everybody!
After having made TITAN Genesis, a short science fiction film, last year, I was curious to see how people would react to it. The results were more than I expected, with over 300,000 downloads and a lot of coverage on several websites. That lead me to believe that people enjoy watching massive robots kicking each other’s hardware across battlefields, so I decided to take the next step and expand the TITAN universe.
In TITAN II: The Hunters, the story continues to focus on Logan, the symbiote of the allmighty Titan, as he continues his struggle for a place in the universe, after discovering his new powers of galactic energy awareness. It takes place several years after the first film, and we see that the Altaran Conglomerate, a corporation that rules over most of the human race, have come to see Logan as a threat. I will share more of the story at a later time, as there are more surprises along the way.
Currently the TITAN II: The Hunters project is in a relatively early stage of development. I am finishing up on the characters and robots, then it’s off to the scenes and backgrounds. I will keep you all up to date on progress, but I hope to get some feedback. If you see something you like, say it. If you see something that you don’t like, then please express yourself and give some constructive criticism regarding it.
Basically, in this film I will try to mix in science fiction with a little mysticism, starfleet combat, large robot duels and some divinity theories. There’s a lot to do, but time is not a problem this time. I’m hoping to finish up by the end of 2007.
